    Hi Sarah…good effort in terms of setting up the blog and finding time to update..right step for the digital vision although probably need more of the same throughout the organisation. Intro to the meetings and reporting back will be interesting and will allow Oxfam staff as well as other readers to orient themselves with what you do as RD and also to ask questions. I am really excited to see Oxfam opening up more and more particularly its senior management, hope rest of us take inspiration from that.
